About Heffner Toyota

The Heffner automotive story begins in 1960 when Mr. John Heffner Sr. opened shop on a small repair garage on Breithaupt Street in Kitchener. By 1962, the business moved to King Street East, across from Rockway Gardens, where it was located for 25 years.
 
In 1987 John Heffner & his sons, Willy Heffner & John Heffner Jr., moved to their current, location. Heffner Toyota changed its name in 1990 to Heffner Lexus Toyota, welcoming the addition of Toyota's new line of luxury automobiles, the Lexus.
 
Since its inception in 1960, Heffner Motors Ltd. has grown to include a state of the art, full-service Collision Centre, Vehicle Reconditioning & Detailing Centre, & in-house leasing, as well as all of the regular departments found in any full service dealership, such as vehicle sales (both new & used), parts & service.
 
The Heffner Family have taken steps to provide outstanding customer care, are committed to giving back to the community, and offer rewards and recognition to their employees that aren't often seen in other dealerships.
 
Heffner Lexus/Heffner Toyota has grown substantially since 2004, in large part due to the needs of our immediate community ? Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph ? our guests and staff. In October 2004 we opened a 12,500 square foot used vehicle showroom, in September 2005 we moved into our 65,000 square foot Toyota dealership and in July of 2006 we moved the Lexus dealership to their 24,000 square foot building.
 
We have grown from 42,000 sq ft to approximately 132,000 sq ft. and are now working out of four different buildings spread over 16 acres of land.  The new Collision Centre opened its doors on November 5, 2011 to serve your needs.
